Aww... Amazing question :D

first we have to see statement :-
Lizzy \underline{\text{had}} Rs. 500
It means Lizzy is spent or lost entire amount of Rs. 500
John \underline{\text{has}}
And Fifi \underline{\text{will have}} Rs. 700
Means , Fifi has no money in present time , he will have Rs 700.

What you think here, Who has money in this time ? John ? , Fifi or Lizzy
Of course , John has money in the present time.

Hence, John has more money among them.

Answer ⇒ John.

Explanation ⇒
As per as the Questions,  Given conditions are ⇒
 Lizzy had Rs.500.
This means that Lizzy have this much of money in the past.

John has Rs.50
This means, at present the John have Rs.50

 Fifi will have Rs.700
This means that Fifi will have this much money in the Future.

From these, It is clear that nothing is about the surety of the money of Lizzy and Fifi at present. Also, Money of John at present ,i.e. Rs 50 is clear.

Hence, the Money of John at present is Rs.50 which is the highest among the 3.

Hope it helps.

lemburunithishpavi6t: Good try
But eventually Lizzy already had 500/- and it is not mentioned anywhere that she spends her money and John has 50/- and Fifi is not in the picture as the person will have 700/- So the answer remains same i.e Lizzy
