Here's your answer :-)

Ans 1. AC = EC (GIVEN)
BC = DC (GIVEN)
AB = ED (BY CPCT, CORRESPONDING PARTS OF CONGRUENT TRIANGLE)

So, Triangle ACB is congruent to Triangle ECD by SSS (side, side, side) congruence criterion.

Ans 2. AB = ED by CPCT , corresponding parts of congruent triangle.

AC = CE
BC = CE 
Angle ACB = Angle ECD
By SAS congruence rule Triangle ACB is congruent to Triangle ECD 
BY C.P.C.T AB = ED
