The common saying Health is Wealth fits to everyone’s life. Good health is the real wealth means money which has capability to help us always. Good health is most important part of our life without which we are incomplete and living unhealthy life. Good health is really better than wealth and other things in this whole world.

For getting fit we need to maintain standard and healthy eating. We should follow the regime like “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise”, “Time and Tide waits for none”, etc. We should brush our teeth daily two times a day to keep our mouth clean and free of diseases. We should clean our hand with soap and water every time before eating food. We should maintain our good personal hygiene in order to get healthy. We should daily take bath with fresh water and go for morning walk to have some fresh air.

A human body needs to perform many tasks to remain alive. To perform the tasks, it requires energy to figure. Energy comes from Food. the sort of energy the body have depends upon the categories of food the body takes. If the body takes foods that aren't nutritious, then it'll not act properly, as a result the body won't be ready to perform the tasks, and if the body won't perform tasks properly then it'll ruin and ultimately die. So, food does a serious part in our lifes.

Un-healthy foods will make a body lazy, depressed and cause diseases; whereas healthy foods will make a body, fit, healthy and disease-free.

Healthy foods include the home-made foods. These include the nutritious ones i.e. vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbs, fats, vitamin, etc. Every food have its own value. they're all necessary, lack of specific nutrients may cause diseases. Healthy foods makes the body active and robust. It also helps in brain functioning.
