Let the bases which are equal = x

And, perpendicular of both ∆'s = p

From Pythagoras therom,

In bigger∆

→ h² = p² + b²

→ (41)² = p² + (x + x)²

→ p² = 1681 - 4x² _____________ ( i )

Now, In smaller ∆(here hypotenuse = b)

→ h² = p² + b²

→ b² = p² + x²

→ b² = 1681 - 4x² + x² (from 1)

→ b² + 3x² = 1681

Now, Futher I don't know what is the question ??

So, you can go from here now and try further.
