(a) \: 2 \: (3x + 5) = 4
(b) \:  \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{x}{4}  = 5
(c) \:  \frac{x}{3} + 7 =  \frac{x}{2} + 5

(a) 2(3x + 5) = 4
= 6x + 10 = 4
6x = 4 - 10
6x = - 6
x = - 6 / 6
x = - 1

(b) x / 3 + X / 4 = 5
LCM 12
4x + 3x = 5 (12)
7x = 60
x = 60 / 7

(c) x / 3 + 7 = X / 2 + 5
x / 3 - x / 2 = 5 - 7
LCM 6
2x - 3x = - 12
- x = - 12
x = 12
