Total no of arrangements will be 10!/(4!*2!)
Total no of arrangements in which b & t are together will be 9!/(4!*2!)
Total no of arrangements in which b & t are not together will be 10!/(4!*2!)-9!/(4!*2!)
= (10! - 9!)/(4!*2!)
