Relief is the physiography of India, this particular factor affects the temperature, air pressure, direction and speed of wind and the amount and distribution of rainfall. For example-The places near the Western ghats and Assam receive high rainfall during June-September and that is because of the Physiographic position in the Indian sub-continent.
