1.)These fascinating organisms are of course mysterious in the presence of locomotory structures ,

2.)They have foot or poda which is muscular and flat in most of the snails which looks just like skin bulged out  over the body surface its also called as sole , its gliding and slow wavy movements make it move , the wavy movements are so graceful as the sea waves 

3.)We all know that snails secrete mucus which makes the course and rough surfaces much more easier to crawl on which reduces a lot of friction
