log \frac{x}{2}  = log \frac{y}{3}  \\  \frac{x}{2}  =  \frac{y}{3}  \\  \frac{y}{x}  =  \frac{3}{2}  \\  \frac{4}{6}  \times  \frac{y}{x}  =  \frac{4}{6}  \times  \frac{3}{2}  \\  \frac{4y}{6x}  = 1
