$log_{ \frac{1}{5} }( \frac{x + 2}{10} ) = - log_{5}( \frac{2}{x + 1} ) \\ \frac{ log( \frac{x + 2}{10} ) }{ log( \frac{1}{5} ) } = - \frac{ log( \frac{2}{x + 1} ) }{ log(5) } \\ log( \frac{x + 2}{10} - \frac{1}{5} ) = - log( \frac{2}{x + 1} - 5)$

so (x+2)/10-1/5=-{2/(x+1)-5}

x/10+1/5-1/5=-2/(x+1)+5

x/10=(-2+5x+5)/(x+1)

x(x+1)=30+50x

x^2+x=30+50x

x2-49x-30=0

now u can solve above quadratic.
