I'm not sure about this question but as my opinion I'm telling you the answer

This killer fog disaster was the killer of thousands of peoples, it wasn't fog it was only polluted air and fog. The people
were not able to see 1m distance also.
As told above it's cause was only smoke and polluted air which was coming out from the factories.
It's effects were:
It killed many of people,
Many people were in the position to die due to the harmful smoke and polluted air,
It is correct that it was a man made disaster as it was occurred due to increase in population,
increase of factories which leave harmful gases.........
