Today my child asked me,'Paa,we have been told by our teacher to write an essay on "A cold winter night".' The moment i heard this my thoughts entered nostalgia and a shiver ran down my spine.You may feel strange on reading this,but if are amongst my collegues who protect our motherland day after night without caring about any other expectations, you would understand why am i feeling this.

Huzaifa,this is what struck my mind when i read your question for the very first time. Everyone has his or her perspective when it comes to describing a cold,chilling night but do we care enough to think from the perspective of our armed forces. Not much right?
I have read this recently that when a famous personality passes away thousands of people come together to show their homage.But these courageous guys who sacrifice their life for our country are not even talked about,let alone show homage.
For these army men even a cold chilling night is like any other day. You can present your thoughts from their perspective,say any on going war,terrorist attack or just a plain night when they are sharing their life back home with his fellow mate (like in movie border.)
