5. A boat starts from A and sails 24 km towards
south to B and then it turns towards East and
reaches point C. If the distance between A and
Cis 25 km, how far is C from B?

6.ABCD is a rhombus. The length of diagonal
AC = 24 cm and BD = 10 cm. Find the length
of each side of rhombus.
(Hint: The length of all sides of rhombus are
equal and its diagonal bisect each other at
right angle).

    289 = x^2 + 225

    x^2 = 289 - 225

           = 64

    x = \sqrt{64}
