A) DBMS lets users to create a database, store, manage, update/modify and retrieve data from that database by users or application programs. Some examples of open source and commercial DBMS include MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, MongoDB.

b) Enter the name of the database field (column headings).

Enter data into the database.

To use the database turn to tools «DATA».

Assign the name of the database. Select the range of data - from the first to the last cell. Right mouse button - the name of the band. We give any name.

c) It is a feature that lets you arrange data in ascending or descending order.

d) Data validation uses validation rules that check for correctness, meaningfulness, and security of data, which is the input to the system. Data validation is used to restrict the cell entries within the specified range.

Sorting:-Sorting is the process of separating fleece (hair) of different textures. It is done after the removal of dirt, grease and dust from the raw sheared fleece.
