Hii dear,

# Answer- 112.5km/hr.

# Given-

Speed of train = 100km/hr

Total expected journey time = 19 hours

Journey covered about = 10 hours

Pause = 1 hour

# Explanation-

We'll solve this step bg step.

Total journey distance = total expected time × speed of train

Total journey distance = 19×100 = 1900km

Journey distance covered = journey time covered × speed of train

Journey distance covered = 10×100 = 1000km

Train halted for 1 hour due to traffic.

Time remaining = 19-10-1 = 8 hours

Remaining distance to cover = 1900-1000 = 900km

Speed required = remaining distance / remaining time

Speed required = 900/8 = 112.5km/hr

Train will have to travel with a speed of 112.5km/hr to complete journey in scheduled time.

Thanks for asking...
