there are many fears that we are having and these act as a barrier in our life these fears are to be overcome in future that we know but can we do it now?
my greatest fear is height . I overcame my gear few months ago .
the incident took place like we were sitting on the terrace and my cousin dared Me to sit on the uppermost terrace which was having no boundary first I tried to run from the terrace but they caught me and allegedly took me up. I kept on shouting that please let me go I am so scared of height .
after thinking a lot I accepted their dare and Sat on that terrace and took a deep breath and realized that it was as simple as I never thought of.
that day I knew that fear is nothing this is just or soul trying to stop us and the day we crossed the barriers decided by our soul we will be at the top.
