The People of a certain country determine the development level of the country. If people are literate then they can contribute in the development but if their illiterate they would need support and money. Hope it helps! ☺️

Low level of literacy is not only an obstacle for economic growth but it is an obstacle in the all-round development of an individual as well as the nation.

Less literate people are not able to expose their skill and potential fully and contribute towards the growth and development of country. They don not work, earn and spend in an organised manner. They do not invest in a proper way, proper field and on proper time. In this way, low level of literacy becomes an obstacle for economic growth.
