Yes, metamorphosis can be seen in Phylum Chordata also. It is found in organisms falling under the group of urochordates and cephalochordates. Urochordates are also known as tunicates and cephalochordates are also termed as amphioxus.

Homologous metamorphosis is the term given to the kind of metamorphosis which occurs in Chordates.

This metamorphosis happens when the post development of embryo of chordates starts.
