This is an image of rod-shaped bacteria with many pili and 4 flagella, example E. coli and B. subtilis.

Explanation:

(I think you forgot to add the image.

I have attached that image with my answer.)

1. This is an image of rod-shaped bacteria with many pili and 4 flagella.

2. Shyam saw that this organism does not contain nucleus, it contains genetic material without nuclear membrane, nucleolus. So it is a prokaryotic organism. That is a bacterium.

  • This bacterium is rod in shape.
  • It has many pili. These pili help bacteria to adhere to any surface and in conjugation.
  • This bacterium has multiple flagella on its one pole. It’s called lophotrichous. It helps in locomotion of bacteria.

3. Example of this kind of bacteria is E. coli and B. subtilis.

4.The slide should prepare very carefully. Before looking at the slide always keep a coverslip over the specimen. It protects the objective lenses. Then focus the Microscope very carefully.
