Democratic equality is the idea that one requirement of treating persons as equals is that all citizens ought to be treated as equal citizens. ... For example, democratic equality may require that all citizens enjoy equal basic liberties and that inequalities of wealth and income be kept within limits.

In a democracy, rights are given to all the people Like the right to education, right to equality, etc and to ensure such rights several laws are also introduced.......it in no like dictatorship..... Bcoz in dictatorship only a single party has power on the whole estate...... And there is an absence of opposition too...... But in democracy, there is a presence of opposition which obstructs the ruling party to become dictator......... Hence in democracy equality and justice is ensured.
