p(m)=m^3+6m^2+9m+4
when m=-1,
p(-1)=(-1)^3+6*(-1)^2+9*-1+4
=-1+6-9+4
=5-5
=0
therefore g(m)=m+1 is a factor.
divide the polynomial with m+1,you get;
q(m)= m^2+5m+4
then factorise by splitting the middle term method,
we get,
m=-1 or m=-4
therefore -1,-4 are zeroes.
