1.Exercise and meditation both help to promote health on all levels, including your physical, psychological and emotional well-being. Regular moderate activity helps you to maintain overall vitality, manage your weight and keep your stress levels low. Meditation techniques improve focus and lowers stress.

2.    2 activities where we use more than one sense organ

Watching television - In this activity we use eyes and ears as sense organs to watch and hear television respectively.

Answering question - In this activity we use ears and tongue as sense organs to hear the question and answer it respectively.

3. sound of a river flowing , water fall sound , sound of birds like cuckoo etc. example of unpleasant sound can be. the sound at construction site , horn of train and other vehicles , rock music etc.

4. Herbs and shrubs are the different types of plants categorized on the basis of their size and branching pattern. Herbs have soft and unbranched stems, whereas, shrubs have woody, branched and multi stems.

5. many plants have heavy weight and cannot stand , so they start creep on the ground by some support of thing i.e. stick . example. watermelon
