मा की उसकी बेटी की वर्तमान आयु का योगफल 50 वर्ष है।20 वर्ष बाद मा की आयु, बेटी की तत्कालीन आयु की दो गुनी ही जाएगी। उन दोनो की वर्तमान आयु ज्ञात करो ।

sum of there age =50

let the present age of mother be x
and the present age of her daughter be (50-x)
after 20 years the daughter age become 20+(50-x)
=(70-x)

after 20 years the mother age becomes double of the age of her daughter after 20 years

so the mother age will be 2(70-x)
and if we join 20 to the present age of mother means X this will equal to 2(70-x)

so the equation will be

2(70-x)=x+20
140-2x= x+20
140-20=3x
120=3x
x=120/3
x=40


present age of mother=x
=40years

present age of her daughter=(50-x)
=(50-40)
=10years
