मोड़दार पर्वत पृथ्वी की आंतरिक शक्तियों द्वारा धरातलीय चट्टानों में मोड़ या वलन पड़ने के परिणामस्वरूप बने हुए पर्वतों को कहते हैं।
मोड़दार पर्वत को वलित पर्वत भी कहते हैं।
यूरोप के आल्प्स, दक्षिण अमेरिका के एण्डीज व भारत की अरावली शृंखला आदि मोड़दार पर्वत के उदाहरण है।
