Given that length is double its breadth i.e if the breadth is x and length will be 2x.

Given that Area = 108m.

                 2(l + b) * h = 108

                 2(2x + x)  * 3= 108

                  6x * 3 = 108

                     18x = 108

                        x = 6.

If breadth = 6 then the length will be 2 * 6 = 12.

Volume = l * b * h

              = 12  * 6 * 3

             = 216 m^3.

Answer:

216 m^{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

Area = 108m.

=>  2(l + b) × h = 108

=>  2(x+2x) × 3= 108

=>  6x × 3 = 108

=>  18x = 108

=>  x = 6

Breadth = 6

Length = 2 × Breadth = 2×6 = 12.

Volume = l × b × h

= 12  × 6 × 3

= 216 m^{3}
