Given that,

Madhus Piggy Bank contain 5 rupee and 10 rupee coins. The number of 5 rupee coin is double the number of 10 rupee coin.

The total value of the coin the piggy bank is Rs 250.

To find,

The number of coin each denomination.

Solution,

Let the number of 10 rupee coin is x. So, ATQ, the number of 5 rupee coins will be 2x.

Money for 10 rupee coin is 10 x and for 5 rupee coin is 10 x.

Also,

10x+10x = 250\\\\20x=250\\\\x=12.5

So, the number of 10 rupee coin is 10 and for 5 rupee coin it is 20.
