Maganlal bought trousers for rs 400 and a shirt for rs 200 and sold them for rs 448 and rs 250 respectively which of these transaction was more profitable

Answer:

the trouser costs =₹400

then sold price=₹448

cp<sp ,profit

the profit=₹448-₹400=₹48

%of profit=48/400×100=12%

shirt Cp=₹200

sp=₹250

Cp<sp profit

profit=₹250-₹200=₹50

%of profit==50/200×100=25%

hence the shirt transaction was more profitable...
