Magnesium hydroxide is a weak or strong base?

I am a bit confused because in Lakhmir Singh book its written as a weak base in Dinesh at one place its mentioned as strong and other it is said to be weak... I searched on net its given as strong...

What is it actually???

it's a basic oxide and not a strong base
