Answer: (3).The magnetic field at the point O is B = \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2\pi R}[\pi +1]

Explanation:

According to figure,

The magnetic field for straight wire

B_{1} = \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2\pi R}

The magnetic field for arc

B_{2} = \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2R}

Now, the magnetic field at the point O

B= B_{1} +B_{2}

B = \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2\pi R} + \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2R}

B = \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2\pi R}[\pi +1]

Now, the direction of the magnetic field

Using Fleming'f left hand rule

The direction of magnetic field is inside.

So, the magnetic field at the point O is B = \dfrac{\mu_{0}I}{2\pi R}[\pi +1]

Hence, the correct option is 3.
