Arjun was one of the major protagonists of the Indian epic Mahabharata and many stories are known of his courage, intelligence and righteous character. Besides, he was one of the favourites of Krishna. He had the right combination of physical and mental strength.

He had the right combination of physical and mental strength. Despite being born in a royal family, he never nurtured any vices like gambling, nor was he proud of his power.
2) Skillful
He was talented in all the ways of archery and could solve any problem creatively- be it hitting the eye of the fish by look at its reflection in water or devouring his enemies with unique arrows.
