Total work done by both in one day is $\sf\dfrac{1}{10}$ + $\sf\dfrac{1}{15}$

Taking LCM to denominators

LCM of 10, 15 is 30

= $\sf\dfrac{3+2}{30}$

= $\sf\dfrac{5}{30}$

= $\sf\dfrac{1}{6}$

So, total work done by both in one day is $\sf\dfrac{1}{6}$

So, they completes 1/6 th part of work in 1 day
