Mahindra resigned from the post left the place what do you think could be the reason​

Go to techmahindra pacehr portal and select exit or resignation. Fill all formalities why you leaved their cause and problem. Then configuration mail come by your manager and notice period depend on your post serve it and leave it. I remember one full and final settlement are also mentioned on resignation plzz mention it because after noitce periods 3 month your half salary come.
