               Gym is something lots of clubs and and individuals aim for making an entry into the Market. This is an interesting strategy but it could also stagnate your business after a while.

The Market segmentation for this new approach could be like below-

• Broaden Your Target Audience: We need to open our arms to senior people, people with disabilities , Millennial and Women.

• Membership Differentiation: There should be different types of memberships based on the needs of the targeted audience.

• Spicy Staff: The team should be diverse. This will increase the audience diversity of a club, and members would be able to see different people coaching them. There should be both men and women instructors also.

• Spread the Word: We have to make full use of social media like, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to advertise the newly opened Gym.
