Problems associated with development of resources are:
● It can lead to eviction of people from their homes and overpopulation in an area. As resources are found in a place, the inhabitants are often moved to other areas to enable easy access to resources and if such occurs, the area they are moved to becomes over-populated.
● Then, resource development will surely lead to their consumption in huge amount and that will result in their depletion/ reduction at a faster rate. We humans tend to take things for granted and often waste our resources or use them in excess. Which is the reason why many countries in world have forsaken the other means they get income and steered towards resources i.e Nigeria.
● Pollution
This is a major problem as the use of industrialised equipment which runs of fuel and other gases can lead to all kinds of pollution i.e air, land, water, noise, etc.
