BALANCED DIET:
The diet which contains all the nutrients in sufficient amount along with water and roughage is called balanced diet.
SOURCES OF:-

1. CARBOHYDRATES: Potatoes, Wheat, rice, Maize, Banana


2. VITAMINS AND MINERALS: Green leafy vegetables, Milk, Dry fruiys, Fresh fruits


3. PROTIEN: Milk, Egg, Pulses, Meat, Fish, Soya beans, Sprouted grains


4. FATS: Egg, Oil, Milk Products


Note:- DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
AVOID JUNK FOODS, AERATED & HIGH SUGAR DRINKS
