make a comparative study between parliamentary system and presidential system which one is more effective write your opinion

in parliamentary system, the decisions are made by prime minister , while in presidencial system , it is done by president. eg. of parliamentary -India .eg. of presidential USA.

According to me, both the systems are equally effective . System dosn't matter , the person in power matters.
