Lawers = after arrest the police has to place the criminal to the session court and criminal has right to choose it's own Lawers ( defence lawer) if criminal is poor then it is right of accused that court provide her/him lawer of his/her choice .
judge= finally case started from session court judge order accused for trial and after trial if accused find guilty his punishment had signed by magistrate then punishment for him range to compensation to death sentence.
