Different regions in India have different climatic conditions. Depending on their climate, vegetation in different regions is also different. Geographically, India has-
1. Plateaus(middle and southern part)
2. Desert(north western part of india)
3. Mountains(North eastern part of India)
4. Plains(northern part of india)
5. Coastal areas(south coast part of peninsular India)
1. Plateaus- mostly non-vegetarian food with thick rice or south indian or Madhya Pradeshi cuisine.
2. Desert- Dates, lentils, gatte ki sabzi.
3. Mountains - fruits found there, momos, etc.
4. Plains- north indian cuisine like dal makhani, paneer, etc.
5. Coastal areas- south indian cuisine like idli, dosa, etc
