Way to Submit CBSE Improvement Application Form? Sometimes many students could not get good marks in board examination due to some critical issues. So Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) provides another opportunities to such candidates. Large number of candidates clear this examination. Candidates have to pay the application fee also for improvement examination as well. Work hard to clear this examination because this is best and last opportunity to increase your aggregate percentage in board examination. Candidates are advised to follow the instructions given below:-You have to open the computer and connect it to the internet. Start the internet browser and open the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which is www.cbse.nic.in Then search for the link “public portal” and open it. Then search for improvement exam form 2016. Then the application form will be on your computer screen. Fill the details correctly in the application form. Then recheck the filled details and submit that. Then you will get the application form number. Candidates are advised to note down this number and keep it safe. Download the filled application form and take its hard copy.

EIOP stands for Eligible for Improvement Of Performance. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has discontinued the practice of declaring ‘Compartment’ or ‘Fail’. Further, it has also been informed that candidates who have obtained Grade ‘E1′ or ‘E2′ are required to improve their performance in one attempt.

A candidate obtaining Grades E1 or E2 in any or all the five subjects(excluding 6th additional subject as per the scheme of studies) under Scholastic Area A at the examination jointly conducted by the Board and School shall be eligible for improvement of performance in any or all the five subjects.

Candidates not having registered for subsequent attempts will not be allowed to appear at the examination. Regular and Patrachar Vidyalaya candidates should send their applications though school/Patrachar Vidyalaya and private candidates direct to the Board as per the schedule notified on Board’s website for the examination to be held in July on the prescribed from along with the requisite fee. In case a candidate appears without registration his /her examination will be cancelled.

Those candidates who have obtained grade E1 or E2 in the subject shall have to improve their performance through an examination to be held only in July the same year.
