As the Industrial Revolution took place, it lead to many effects taking place in various fields. In the short term those effects were positive however, in the long run they indeed have turned out to be negative as well.

- It lead to high rate of unemployment as capital replaced labor.

-It reduced the cost of production for production system.

-It led to technological economies of scale.  

-Brought wealth and power to Great Britain in the 19th Century.

-Led to changes in working culture. People were no longer their bosses as organizational structure set forth.

-There was little social mobility of workers causing issues for them.

-Quality of life of workers decreased in the first 60 years of the Industrial Revolution, later it became better as people became more used to technologies.

- Manchester, England became famous as it was recognized as the hub for industrialization. It even became the capital for textile. This all led to growing infrastructure and development for the city.

-In the beginning there was growing medical issues, poor diets, poor sanitation, in the 19th century.
