Preposition-Positional words which are used before an object or a person to show their relation with another are called prepositions.

Types-1.Simple prepositions-These are mostly single syllables.Eg..in,at,on,by,from,with etc.

2.Compound prepositions-These are formed by modifying some other words or by prefixing a 'preposition' ,'a' or 'be' to different nouns, adjectives and adverbs.Eg..across,admist,between,before etc.

3.Phrase prepositions-These are formed by a group of words that convey a single idea.Eg... according to,because of,by means of, for the sake of etc..

Preposition of time --These preposition denotes time.Eg...at,on ,for etc.

Preposition of Place --These preposition indicates a place or movement or position or direction.Eg...at,in ,on,above etc.

Preposition of movement and direction---convey destination,time,event.Eg...into,against,towards,to etc.

VERBS

Helping words are called verbs.

Example---do ,is,eat,write etc.

ADJECTIVES

The words which tell something about the noun are called adjectives.

These describe quality,quantity,something about the noun or pronoun.

These words are attributes to noun or pronoun.
