Explanation:
post office :- "Post Office" is a Gujarati short story written by Indian writer Dhumketu (1892–1965). It was first published in 1923, and is considered Dhumketu's most famous and frequently anthologised short story. The story is about a father's affection for his daughter, and the apathetic bureaucracy of the local post office. It is notable for its description, narrative, and dialogues..
2). Madness :- MoreI'm going to tell you how all of this madness happened. It was the year 2017,a dark and gloomy morning in a small town known as “Talls”. There was this one girl named Millie, she had a dad named Jhonn, her mom had died to a disease called “Truled Midus” it was a horrible disease that ran in her family's blood. Millie was 91% supposed to have had it when she was born, but she never did. She was now 12 years old, she has been to the doctors office many times before, and they have told her that it didn’t look like she would get it but there was a slight chance she would get it when she got older. The horrible thing was that it was contagious. There was one guy who knew a cure for my mom's disease, but he would not tell anyone what it was. He said that there was limited supply , but we weren’t sure he was telling the truth. We thought it was just because he was a cruel old man who didn't care for anybody but himself, his name was Martin. People said he used to shoot at kids who went on his property with a shotgun. No one in our town liked him especially me. If you want to know why he didn't give the medicine to my mom was because he used most of it on him. We all just went on with are life’s till one day i woke up and didn't feel so good..
Hope its help..
A post office is a public facility that provides mail services, including accepting of letters and parcels, providing post office boxes, and selling postage stamps, packaging, and stationery. Post offices may also offer additional services, which vary by country. These include providing and accepting government forms (such as passport applications), processing government services and fees (such as road tax, and postal savings or bank post office).[1] The chief administrator of a post office is called a postmaster..
I'm now gathering contributions for Short Stories About Madness, which I hope to publish later this year. I have a lot of (very good, often very moving) accounts of descents into mental illness and being failed by the health system, but I'm looking for some 'sideways' takes on madness in its many forms. Madly in love, a moment of madness, mad, bad and dangerous to know, the band Madness (I'm currently being ghosted by Suggs who was initially open to the idea of an interview)…
