Protein is a very important part of food. In our daily lives , we must have proper amount of protein each and everyday to keep us feet and healthy.
There is always the amount of protein which a person should intake varies according to the age. It will never be the same for a 10 year old child and a 50 year old person. So the intake amount should be correct always.
