Types of occupational hazards:
Occupational hazards are defined as a particular health hazard, or chance to get ill in a particular disease that has a direct connection with the occupation of the person he is involved in.
Occupational hazards are different for different jobs like –
- In case of asbestos factories, COPD or emphysema, asbestosis is common hazards.
- Workers of factories with large noise have often a loss of hearing.
- Doctors can get different bloodborne diseases by means of needle picks.
- IT farm workers have obesity and spondylitis.
- X-ray operators have chances of leukemia.
