The Affirmative sentence structure ;-

  • subject + present tense form of verb ‘to be’ + base verb + ing .

The Negative sentence structure ;-

  • subject + present tense form of verb ‘to be’ + not + base verb + ‘ing’ .

SENTENCES ;-

[1] She is singing .

  • She is not singing .

[2] She is cleaning .

  • She is not cleaning .

[3] The boy plays cricket .

  • The boy doesn't play cricket .

[4] He tells lies .

  • He doesn't tell lies .

[5] Ram is a good boy .

  • Ram is not a good boy .
