Make this horror plot less weird and less random:
The Curse of the Giant Parcel
Whilst investigating the death of a local computer programmer, an energetic postman called Chad Zeus uncovers a legend about a supernaturally cursed, giant parcel circulating throughout Scotland. As soon as anyone uses the parcel, he or she has exactly 29 days left to live. The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during the day to day life, but when photographed, they look skeletal. A marked person feels like a fake dog to touch. Chad gets hold of the parcel, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a wide rabbit balancing on a simple computer programmer, an old newspaper headline about a motor accident, a hooded aardvark ranting about feet and drinking well located in a rural place. When Chad notices his fingers have dog-like properties, he realises that the curse of the giant parcel is true and calls in his friend, a gardener called Matt Humble, to help. Matt examines the parcel and willingly submits himself to the curse. He finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. He finds the wide rabbit balancing on a simple computer programmer particularly chilling. He joins the queue for a supernatural death. Chad and Matt pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded aardvark. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
