We will always face the wrath of the nature whenever we interfere with it .

it will not at all help us bringing on the artificial rain as we have already blundered by disturbing the rain cycle.

Instead , we should do measures to enhance the natural rain cycle by planting more trees and discourage the use of petrol and diesel vehicles .
