Management of ideas is very important is this regard , as the management have to create new and different ideas to keep in market and also in order to lead the market. For the previous products improvement management also have to create the ideas, so the creativity , innovation and improvement is the key things that involves in management of ideas.

Management of things is actually also important because in order to use the resources effectively, also the conversion of ideas successfully in to performance as well as results is related to the management of things.

Moreover management also have to manage the people involves in the organizational work, their improvement  and integration of their work . This is management how have to manage the people in effective way so that effective results can be achieved through them.
