The challenging task becomes even more challenging when the climate change and illegal actions of anti-social elements intervenes. Apart from anti social elements people with lack of awareness about the wildlife resources and forest pose a great threat for the managing the forest and its environment.

Frequent pouching and illegal tree cutting are some of the hectic part of the job. Never the less water scarcity and low rainfall are pouring their own set of contribution to make the management even more tougher.
