Carrots which are sensitive to ethylene will rot when ethylene emitting mangoes are stored with them.

Explanation:

If you store both of these together, carrot will be rotten. Some fruits are highly ethylene sensitive. One of rotten fruit or vegetable will ripe all fruits and vegetables. As ethylene is the ripening gas, some fruits and vegetables emit ethylene and some has tendency to observe the ethylene gas.

In above situation, carrot is ethylene sensitive it will observe the ethylene gas mangoes as mangoes have tendency to emit ethylene gas.
